Weddings and Events
The expansive lawn and shaded terraces within the privacy of garden walls, makes Villa Kavya the ideal tropical setting for a wedding, with a capacity for up to 50 guests for a seated meal or up to 100 standing guests for capapés and cocktails.
Weddings will be coordinated by professional outside caterers who have the world-class expertise to prepare a sumptuous feast at the villa, in addition to the organisation of decorations, flowers, lighting, sound systems and entertainment, thereby leaving you to relax and enjoy the most memorable day of your lives.
Weddings at Villa Kavya
Maximum capacity of 100 guests
with a combination of seating and standing
Minimum stay of 3 nights for Normal and Shoulder Season
Minimum 4 nights stay is required during High season
Peak season events are subject to approval
Event fees of USD 1,000++ (subject to 15.5% tax and service charge)
Option to host small gatherings of up to 30 guests held before/after the main event is available at USD 500++ and IDR 2,000,000 for local community banjar fee.
The Fine Print
Music and Event Curfew
Music curfew (sound system, DJ, and live music) is until 10 pm only.
Security deposit to be paid upon arrival to the villa. This amount of USD 1,000 will be used to cover cost of service or replacement in case of damage or breakage to the property during the event (pre and after) takes place.
Note: Security deposit is 100% refundable if there are no damages to the property.
